“10/12 Manufaktura”
“10/12 Manufaktura” is a cultural and business quarter on the territory of a former textile factory, whose concept is built around a balance between a contemporary working environment and lifestyle.
The public space is designed both for business professionals (with Sberbank’s headquarters and Nevskaya Ratusha located nearby) and for local residents. The cluster comprises 10,000 sq m of offices and studios, 5,000 sq m dedicated to fitness, and 2,000 sq m to restaurants.
The project’s residents include the largest URBANFIT.NEO fitness club, the cutting-edge K-30 nightclub, the international premium HOOKAH chain, and more than 40 representatives of contemporary business. “10/12 Manufaktura” hosts some of the city’s most vibrant events, including SUMMERSOUND, ORIGINALMEET, STARCON and Planet K-30.

About the Applicant
