About the project
The complex, comprised of two residential buildings and an office gallery, is located in the center of Tyumen. All three buildings are connected by a courtyard, which is divided into two zones – a private garden for the residents and a promenade between the offices and the residential blocks. A large pond along the garden serves as a border between these zones and prevents strangers from entering the private part. The project also provides for outdoor cafes, terraces with upholstered furniture, a peculiar playground, benches, and installations in the winter. All of this is intended to encourage the residents and employees of the offices to spend time outdoors.
