Project Reconstruction of an Early 2000s Shopping Center
Best Implemented Reconstruction Project
About the project (provided by the applicant) Along with changing the store concept, we reimagined the building’s architecture. The window arches echo the classical forms of neighboring buildings, blending organically with the rhythm of the street. The silhouette of the upper floors, clad in copper on one side, references Ural identity while creating a new image for the city. Today, it is not just a shopping center but a destination for residents and visitors of Yekaterinburg.
Our goal was to create a building for people—something beautiful, visually pleasing, adding a sense of celebration to everyday life, and fitting harmoniously into the historic part of the street.
