About the project
The apartment in an old Stalinist building, featuring characteristic design elements of the time, was re-planned and fitted with modern engineering systems. Industrial details – steel H-beams of the ceiling, steel trims of brick columns – are combined with typical wooden boiserie panels and built-in furniture. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, an open space, a library, a dining room and a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, 3 bathrooms, and a study.
