Category Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant) The concept is based on the idea of an eco-friendly residential environment with convenient and economically justified building heights. The development principle of block-and-courtyard layouts with cozy yards draws from recognized examples of Soviet architecture while being inspired by contemporary global trends in residential planning.
The green space concept is reinforced by the design of the central pedestrian boulevard, with embankments around the fenced areas of the preschool (kindergarten) and general education school. At the northern end of the site, completing the street perspective, a theater and cultural-leisure center are planned.
