The design team were approached with a task of developing a project of a country-style 4* hotel and a club house in the premises of a golf club with its 18 golf courses, a safary park, a zoo, and other entertainments.
The hotel building is 5-storey and there are suites for guests, public rooms at Levels 1 and 5, and a parking area.
Level 1 was used to locate a sports center, a buffet style restaurant, a conference and events hall, an indoor playground for children and a SPA. An a la carte restaurant, a club, and a karaoke are designed at Level 5.
