About the project
The residential complex consists of 4 towers of 12 floors, each of which rotates around its axis by 45 degrees. Each floor is sequentially rotated by 5 degrees, with the exception of the 1st and 2nd floors, their rotation is 0 degrees, as well as the 11th and 12th floors, their rotation is 45 degrees. The towers are grouped in twos and the direction of one group in relation to the other is taken at an angle of 45 degrees. The 1st floor is represented by commercial premises, the entrance areas include public spaces for residents — there are spacious lobbies for negotiations and meetings. The structural scheme was solved by identifying the core in the tower (this included the staircase-elevator unit and wet areas) and load-bearing walls, which, depending on the floor, extend or retract to form the structural basis of the tower. The number of apartments per building is 69, of which: 1k – 28; 2k – 25; 3k – 11; penthouses – 5. Façade solutions enhance the swirling effect. External enclosing structures — aerated concrete and ventilated facade.
