Project:
7-9-storey apartment building within Udachny residential complex
Category:
Best Implemented Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant):
The apartment building is part of the Udachny residential complex, located on the outskirts of Kazan. The area was once used for growing cereals, and the image of an ear of corn inspired the project's color scheme and design. Although the complex is as an economy-class development, it still has a comfortable living environment for the residents. A green boulevard runs through the complex, connecting the buildings and offering opportunities for leisurely walks.
The 7-9-storey complex features car-free courtyards and barrier-free access from the ground level. Apartments on the first floor have direct access to terraces. The facade is designed in neutral tones – white and black – evoking birds rising from fields under a cloudy sky. Gold-colored metal elements throughout the facade reflect the image of cereals, integrating this theme into the overall design.
