Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate

About the project (provided by the applicant)
This residential complex features 161 units and reaches a height of 84.5 meters, occupying an area of 18,950.73 square meters. To maximize natural light and panoramic views, the building's design strategically breaks the main walls at 45-degree angles. This approach allows residents to enjoy views from the east, northeast, and southeast, with additional units facing west and southwest.
Each apartment benefits from spacious balconies that provide ample light and create an interesting interplay of shadows on the building's diverse facade. Large living rooms further enhance the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.
Amenities and sports areas on the second and third floors are complemented by expansive green spaces, offering residents a blend of indoor and open-air recreational facilities. The project's north and east sides feature staggered facades, adding depth and visual intrigue to the overall design.
