This eight-story office building features three basement levels and covers a land area of 882 sqm. The upper two gallery levels showcase duplex office spaces, each adorned with south-facing balconies that adhere to local regulations.
The building's glass facades are thoughtfully covered with composite sheets, creating a visually striking and unique composition. This design approach enhances the overall structure's appearance, allowing for the seamless integration of glass facades, while also providing light and shade control. The resulting interplay of form and function results in a modern and harmonious architectural statement.
