This 16-storey block of flats is designed for Tomsk as part of a residential development that comprises many sports grounds, workout zones, and recreation premises. There will be 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments in it. Moreover, there will be an underground parking below the yard level. The house with a trapezoid layout is quite expressive thanks to balconies and dynamic, too, as the balconies are located at different levels. Grey hues make the visuals of the house laconic and austere.
