About the project
The Academy of Martial Arts is located within Sirius federal territory in Sochi. The construction of its campus was commissioned by Gazprom Social Initiatives Foundation. The huge 63.5 thousand sq.m. complex consists of three buildings: a training facility, a hotel for athletes and a center for holding competitions.
The training facility houses several spacious gyms, the world's largest judo training space with innovative «floating» tatami mats, a medical center, and a spa area with a pool and jacuzzi. The 7-storey hotel with kitchens and lounges can accommodate up to 354 people, The Competition Center has an arena, which can seat 200 spectators.
