The reconstruction project aims to create a multifunctional administrative and business complex. This facility will house office spaces, a congress and exhibition area, dining establishments, and administrative and utility rooms. The two upper floors will be dedicated to short-term accommodations. The surrounding area will feature an energy complex for the building's engineering maintenance, outdoor gyms, children's playgrounds, a swimming pool, street furniture, and designated areas for waste unloading and storage.
