About the project
As soon as the first two units were commissioned, the Aivazovsky City district attracted attention not only of Tumen citizens, but all across Russia. The development comprises 12 blocks in the newly developed grounds, which used to be a wasteland. This is 4,000+ apartments on the bank of the Tura River, in the center of the city. Every detail here is inspiring - custom architectural solutions, well-thought layouts, courtyards with sports and play grounds, parks with fountains, the water channel - a highlight of the central pedestrian way - and many more.
