Akzent Club House in the Minor Okhta district houses 106 business class apartments with high ceilings, panoramic French windows and views of the Neva and the embankments of St. Petersburg. Inspired with the loft style, the house is finished with clinker brick.
Beautification of the premises was performed by Derevo Park Studio, who did the landscaping project for New Holland Island. Extensive public rooms within the club house are in the same style with natural finishing materials. A nice bonus for aromatherapy enthusiasts — specially for Akzent, they created a unique fragrance. Moreover, they made sound design for public spaces.
In 2024, Business Petersburg newspaper announced Akzent House the winner of Urban Federal Awards.
