About the project
The hotel is designed located in the yards, within the district, reaching the central street of Rostov-on-Don. As we surveyed the site, we discovered a piece of ancient eroded brick, typical for protection walls of the historic downtown. Old times, history, bricks – these were the symbols that inspired us to refer to the European culture. Our choice was traditional urban architecture of London. We believe that as our design doesn’t reach the red line of Bolshaya Sadovaya street and remains within the district, such experiments are quite acceptable.
