Alcon Tower III at the crossroads of the 3rd Transport Ringroad and Leningrad Prospect showcases a recognizable silhouette of the famous Moscow high-rise buildings. A business center is located here side by side with apartments that offer great views.
Together with its spire, this building reaches the level of 165 meters. The key artistic reference were the so-called seven sisters, which are the residential towers built in Stalin’s times, as their style and appearance is most typical for this location. Its steplike composition is visually supported with the facade grid and varying sizes of the windows. At the ground level they are not too big, but at every floor they get bigger and bigger.
