About the project
The site intended for the residential complex is at the edge of the park. In terms of functions and composition, the designed development is tightly connected with the park infrastructure. Dynamic architectural solutions of the both units of the complex ensure much light in every apartment, literally following the Sun. The inner yard faces the park.
Inner and outer facades are designed in different ways. On the side of the park, exterior facades match the environment, colored with various shades of green and as if making the complex dissolve into the natural landscape. The curved façade at the entrance side creates a spatial intrigue, as if inviting to enter the park and unravel some mystery. Inner facades are designed in accordance with the principles of Constructivism.
