This is the first monographic exhibition in the last 50 years dedicated to the work by the famous architect and founder of the Museum of Architecture. The exposition includes 600+ exhibits, which are works by Alexey Schusev himself and the artists he worked with — Nesterov, Petrov-Vodkin, Goncharova, and Lanceray. New walls and monumental pylons were built in the suite of rooms, and every room got its own artistic method to tell the story about Mr. Schusev as an architect who worked in different periods, a town builder, and a remarkable museum ambassador.
