About the project
The site of this project which is in 550 square meters is located at Vanoosh region of Mazandaran Province, Tirakdeh Olya in a town with old villas. The land is from north & east side to citrus garden, from west to fence and the neighbor and from south side is limited to the south neighbor's building with a few distance.
The request of the employer was designing a villa for comfort of all members of the family. As we have experienced the Corona Virus; families pass their most times at home and beside together. This issue made use to have more focus on the bio-behaviors of the members of the family as case by case in the said project. Two generations; father and mother as first generation and children as second generation have different bio-behaviors.

Farhad Khadempour & Jaryan Office.
Farhad Khadempour, an architect and designer, was born in 1979 (Tehran, Iran). He entered Qazvin Azad University in 1998 in the field of architecture and urban planning, and graduated with a master's degree in 2006. In 2013, after several years of architectural practice, he founded Jaryan architectural office. The result of the activity during this period is the design of numerous projects and the following architectural awards.
