About the project
Reconstruction of this residential house was intended to totally change its architectural appearance and keep as much existing structures as possible. At the same time, it was planned to change its functional structure in compliance with the customer’s requirements and wishes.

Reconstruction included disassembling of the porch and semi-round bay windows, roofing replacement, construction of additional premises and terraces, reconfiguration of the ground and the first floors, relocation of window openings and extension of the remaining ones, relocation of the stairs, daylighting provisions, finishing the facades with natural stone, and construction of bay balconies.
