About the project
This 120 m2 apartment is located in the tenement house dating back to the 19th century, in the historical heart of Moscow.
It is a traditional dwelling of the Moscow intelligentsia, although more chic and elegant than the tradition has it. Only the bedroom and the bathroom are different, featuring a modern version of classical lady boudoir. The customers wanted to have a roomy entrance hall and a small sitting room, and there they are.
The book shelves in the library at the fire place were designed by Olga Kushnareva-Leone Architecture & Design. The color palette features all the classic hues from grassy to emerald green, from brick to scarlet red.
