About the project (provided by the applicant)
With its proportions and shapes, the development provided a reference to the Crimean architecture typical in the late 19th century at the Southern shore of the Black Sea. The urban environment was thoroughly studied to harmoniously fit the new facility in the surrounding grounds. At the same hand, to make it more expressive, its top floor that looks like an attic roof has got brass elements. The flat roof will be used to locate all the amenities required for comfortable living.
The 7-storey apartment hotel will have an underground parking with double-level parking lots. A lobby and a big commercial room with high panoramic windows outlooking the park are located at Level 1, and apartment suites are designed at Levels 2 through 7.
