The development site is located in one of the central historic districts of Voronezh. It is irregularly shaped and surrounded with existing houses. Its yard will connect the designed and the already existing house at Revolutsii Prospect 51.
The main residential block is the centerpiece of the composition, its layout looking like an irregular pentagon. There will be 4 blocks of different heights from 4 to 5 storeys, some of them with skylights and atriums, and others with mansard roofs and terraces.
