About the project
The 160-square-metre apartment, which used to be three separate ones, is located on the top floor of a new residential complex and houses a young family with two young children. The apartment features some modern styling solutions plus a comfortable and ergonomic layout with three main zones: a kitchen, an open plan dining and living room, the parents’ bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom, and the children's rooms. Since the owner of the apartment does water sports, the apartment has marine motifs. For example, the furniture has rounded yacht-like corners. The doors have decorative "portholes", and the wall panel carvings in the hall remind of waves and fish scale. All the furniture is bespoke.
