About the project
Laconic and elegant interiors feature the palette of grey and beige hues with brass highlights. American walnut veneer, large-scale ceramic granite marble-like tiles, decorative stone simulating plaster, and granite table tops in the kitchen – these are just some of the luxurious details in this apartment.
The guest zone is connected with the master area – there is a balcony with panoramic windows, which open to the Bolshaya Nevka River.
The guest part comprises the entrance hall, the guest bathroom, and the sitting room, and the master section includes the bedroom, the walk-in wardrobe, and the master bathroom.
