About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project resembles a spacecraft – a self-sufficient house set deep in the wilderness, far from civilization yet fully equipped with modern amenities. Located on the coast of Taui Bay, Sea of Okhotsk, near Magadan, this area is one of Russia’s rapidly emerging tourist destinations.
The house, a concrete parallelepiped embedded into the earth, features a striking dynamic cantilever that seems to pierce the sky. It spans two levels: the first houses a swimming pool, relaxation zone, kitchen, staff quarters, technical rooms, and a garage. The second level holds the living room, dining room, and bedrooms. This 450-square-meter retreat offers complete seclusion at the edge of the world.
