About the project (provided by the applicant) The project aims to realize Lazar Khidekel’s idea of a future aero-city, where people can see the sky without raising their heads.
The site is located between Khodynskaya Street and the railway tracks from Belorussky Station. The key dominant of the area is a high-rise residential complex surrounding the Zotov Bread Factory building.
The residential volumes are elevated above the ground on supports containing stair-lift cores and office spaces. Spans are constructed using reinforced concrete trusses.
