About the project
The comfortable development Ariosto! is located in the north part of the Primorsky district. Three buildings are designed of 12 floors high, 2 to 5 apartments per floor. Ariosto! features apartments with a sauna, bath windows, ceilings up to 3.6 m high, and French windows.
All of the apartments will be equipped with a smart home system, and every building will have an underground parking. There will be a kindergarten for the junior residents, and a park opposite the development.

St. Petersburg, Glukharskaya Street, site 29 (to the north-west from the crossing with Planernaya Street).
