About the project
Our design ideology was to blend angles with the mass of the building to make it lighter to the eye. We have removed unnecessary spaces, ensuring every square foot serves a purpose. Simultaneously, we have extruded view points where necessary, creating a visual experience. Common areas like living and dining are provided with more than the usual heights to create openness. The stairs are split among the floors in a perpendicular manner, to create drama and avoid fatigue by giving multiple landings. In this project, every space tells a story and each corner offers a unique perspective. Cutouts and skylights create dynamic interplays of light and shadow. The main entrance offers a unique sensory experience from a narrow space to an open area creating a tunnel effect. The north east area of the building on the topmost floor is designed as a relaxing pocket with a lap pool and refreshing landscape which is open to sky.

He graduated from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal in 2013 and has 10 years of experience in projects ranging from high-end corporate interiors to post-modern architecture
