Surrounded by parks, shopping and business centers, administrative building and an extensive river embankment, the house is located deep in the development. 6 blocks of 7 to 15 storeys high have a closed vehicle-free yard. At two first floors, there will be shops with panoramic displays.
Dark grey vertical glazing and ceramic granite wood-like tiling make the house look lighter against the background.
