The Arvoredo condominium was inspired by the curves of the Verde River, a river that surrounds the city. The minimalist concept brings purity, lightness and a great impact to the observer. Imposing and unique are the main characteristics. The water mirror stands out for its sinuous shapes. The tree symbolizes abundance and prosperity to the residents. Project developed in 2024.

The Dálber Agüero Arquitetura office, headquartered in the capital Campo Grande, MS, was founded in 2009 by architect Dálber Agüero Ferreira. Focusing on residential and commercial architecture, the creative and administrative team is made up of 14 professionals, including 8 architects, who work in 3 main departments. Since its founding, the office has expanded rapidly to a national and international reach.
