ARX Colima

Best Implemented Project of Residential Estate
About the project
ARX is located in Colima, a street in the neighborhood Roma, one of Mexico City’s most energetic neighborhoods. The building embeds itself into the city offering an urban lifestyle and a coherent design environment resulting in a project with added value for its users and the city.
The building is carefully designed to provide quality units with ample spaces, with guaranteed natural illumination and ventilation and in constant contact with the exterior. It features a versatile street façade designed around pre-existing vegetation and a sculptural lobby, all with pure, honest and mostly local materials, looking to integrate with its setting.

Applicant and authors of the project
ARCHETONIC, Mexico City based study with more than 30 years of practice in architecture projection. All our projects have the base commitment to improve the environment. We design spaces with a systemic methodology: self-sufficient and sensitive to the context, with spatial quality and economic responsibility, always keeping in mind that architecture is to inhabit, serve and coexist in society. We approach challenges of any scale, typology and temporality.
