About the project
A high-comfort-class residential complex on a view site near the Neva embankment, on Obukhovskaya Oborony Ave., 38. The bank of the Neva will be landscaped, a promenade for walking and a pier with swings and viewing binoculars will appear, in the courtyard there will be a chamber rock garden with a small fountain, a sports ground and kindergarten with a swimming pool for 110 children.
The project was developed by the architectural bureau Sky reSource in a modern style with loft elements. It is distinguished by simple geometric shapes, strict vertical lines, which make up the upward-facing silhouettes of buildings with a rigid constructivist frame, spaces of windows, loggias and balconies filled with light and air. The unique appearance of the facades is formed through the use of facing bricks of various shades, metal and fiber cement panels.
