Astra Marine (Russia)

Project
Astra Marine

Best Implemented Capital Construction Project in Saint Petersburg

About the project (provided by the applicant)
Astra Marine is a high-comfort residential complex in a modern style with loft elements, located on a scenic site along the Neva Embankment near the Elizarovskaya metro station. The project is distinguished by simple geometric forms and strict vertical lines, with facades clad in bricks of various shades and rusticated metal panels.

Access to the courtyard is through the central entrance hall, featuring an original interior design. Walls and floors are covered with porcelain tiles mimicking natural stone and marble, while wall panels and decorative elements are finished in honey-colored brass. The car-free courtyards include landscaped areas with bicycle parking, a waterfall, and a rock garden near the main entrance.

Outdoor recreation areas include spaces with hanging swings, benches, pergolas, deck chairs, and hammocks. Children’s playgrounds feature SetlKids’ original play complexes, and a sports ground is located nearby. A kindergarten designed in the style of industrial workshops accommodates 110 children and is operated by the developer.
