About the project
This flat in the First Line apart complex ashore the Gulf of Finland was designed and implemented in 2019. The apartments were intended for further lease, and that determined the choice of finishing materials: they were aesthetically attractive and yet practical. Floors and major spaces of the walls, as well as the large-scale kitchen splash back and the chimney zone were finished with two types of ceramic granite: wood-like by Estima and thin large ceramic tiling by Porcela BOBO. Moreover, the interiors were decorated with an assortment of ceramic floor and table vases featuring all the hues of the coastal line.
