About the Project
The Avenue Apart is a new business-class apartment hotel in the Vasileostrovsky district of St. Petersburg. The laconic design of the 10-storeyed atrium is based on soft round shapes. It features minimalist vertical landscaping, which highlights the atrium’s height and contrasts with the urban style of the facade and the interiors.
The reception desk is decorated with abstract paintings by a St. Petersburg-based artist, enhancing lightness and individual character of the interior.
