Best Implemented Interior Design Project for Public Space
About the project (provided by the applicant)
Our goal was to create an intimate and unique space for a hookah lounge. To balance the raw concrete walls and flooring, we introduced a colorful ceiling and art objects that divide the space into different zones.
Special attention was given to street art, graffiti, and calligraphy, which can be seen on select areas of the floor and walls.
To prevent the lounge from feeling cold and lifeless, we incorporated a variety of warm lighting solutions: a winding ceiling light that guides visitors through the venue, wall sconces, and illuminated glass blocks in the bar area. These elements bathe the concrete surfaces in warm light, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
