About the project We want to project from architecture the essence of the city of Bangkok, which is water, in the spatial, formal and habitat presence of the building, because the architecture in Bangkok and in elsewhere in the world, they should take advantage and establish a more appropriate and conscious conversation with this resource.
The implantation responds to the importance that the project gives to water as a means of transport opening to the river and to the north, giving importance to its connection with public transport and the city, thus forming a duality in its implantation and responding formally to the sun and the need to achieve cross ventilation that solved the issue of environmental humidity through a large spatial facade achieving a big building with a dynamic of diverse habitability.
The project includes housing, access dock, lobby, co-working, intermediate levels of services and rooftop water collector.
