About the project (provided by the applicant)
Troitsk is a small town in the Chelyabinsk region where the original architectural environment is well-preserved. It has high tourist potential but lacks major landmarks. The author believes that the abandoned brewery can become such a landmark, but the project is more than just renovation of that place — the discordant old buildings will be demolished, the new ones will be constructed, and the surrounding grounds around the brewery will be revitalized to become a mixed-use venue. There will be an entertainment center, a market, and guest houses along the streets the site borders on.
