About the project
SMART HOUSE is an innovative approach and a smart solution. This house reinterprets the classic features of a dacha, binding the past and the present. Light wooden slats that resemble sunrays form the space and ensure a fusion of conventional dacha building material with the trendy style and shapes. Panoramic stained-glass windows and a large open veranda ensure a connection with the nature. State-of-the-art spotlights resemble stars.
