About the project
SMART HOUSE is a house of the future, a fusion of present-day comfort and historical heritage in Peredelkino – the writers’ village.
This house reinterprets the classic features of a dacha, binding the past and the present. Light wooden slats that resemble sunrays form the space and ensure a fusion of conventional dacha building material with the trendy style and shapes. Panoramic stained-glass windows and a large open veranda ensure a connection with the nature.
Be.St.Be SMART HOUSE creates a unique space filled with history and modernity.
