BelArt

BelArt is a comfort-class residential complex located in the Kalininsky District of St. Petersburg, within walking distance of the Lesnaya metro station. The project comprises five buildings of varying height (ranging from 12 to 23 storeys), containing 1,793 apartments with a total area of over 77,000 sq. m. The podium levels house underground parking facilities, while the ground floors feature commercial spaces. The enclosed courtyards are equipped with children's playgrounds, walking paths, and relaxation areas. The first building was commissioned in December 2023, with the fifth and final building completed in December 2025.

BelArt is part of an international project to create symmetrical neighborhoods in St. Petersburg and Minsk. Its name is inspired by the eponymous art gallery in Minsk. At the heart of the residential complex lies a promenade with art objects thematically linked to Belarusian nature, including a sculpture of a stork family, a bison figure, and tall metal swings featuring tree silhouettes inspired by the Białowieża Forest.

The sculpture of a stork family placed on the promenade was created by renowned St. Petersburg master Vladislav Manachinsky. He is one of the authors of the "Candle of Memory" monument in Jerusalem and the monument to Admiral Fyodor Ushakov on Truda Square in St. Petersburg. Another art object on the promenade features unique trees made of wear-resistant metal alloy, inspired by the Białowieża Forest. The art object was designed by the landscape architecture studio DEREVO PARK, with the trees fabricated in the workshops of Vladimir Taran.
