In the course of the implementation of the project for the capital repair, reconstruction and restoration of the building of Teaching Block No. 1 of the Belarusian State Academy of Music, all engineering networks and communications were replaced. The historic appearance of the standing-seam roof with double standing seam was recreated, as well as the main façade of the building in terrazite plaster. The oak doors of the entrance groups, the assembly hall and the classrooms were recreated. The décor of the main façade of the building was restored and recreated. The cladding of the main entrance porch in granite was executed and the balustrade was recreated. The marble floors of the foyer, corridors and staircases were restored. The stucco décor of the assembly hall, foyer, corridors and teaching auditoriums was restored. A full complex of finishing works was carried out with the laying of oak parquet while preserving the historic patterns. The restoration and recreation of the polished artificial marble of the columns and pilasters of the foyer was performed.

Specialists from St. Petersburg who inherit the Leningrad school of restoration took part in the preparation and implementation of the works.
