Bell Integrator, a major system integrator within Softline Group, specializes in software development and testing, system and business analytics, and IT systems support. Its client base includes leading Russian banks, telecom operators, industrial enterprises, and retail companies. Operating in the Russian market since 2003, the company has nine representative offices across Russia and Belarus.
Following the strict quarantine period, Bell Integrator adopted a hybrid work model, allowing employees to choose between working from home or in the office. In May 2024, the company selected St. Petersburg as the location for a new office, recognizing that over 150 of its employees were already working remotely from the city. The new office serves as a flexible workspace for St. Petersburg-based and seconded employees, as well as a venue for business meetings with customers and partners.
