Project
White Flowers boulevard
Nomination
Best Implemented Project of Public Space
About the project
White Flowers is a park built instead of two former paid parking lots. It is an alternative to parking lots and haphazard development. As part of the project, the designers created a landscape with more than 1000 large trees and perennial shrubs. Local residents, communities, teachers and students of the nearest school took an active part in all the stages of the project implementation. The residents wanted the new public space to be different and have its own distinctive features. The boulevard is named after the iconic novel by A. Absalyamov, while the street is named after the author.
