The project envisages a comprehensive transformation of the territory in the Bereznyakovsky planning district of Tyumen with the creation of an eco-resort cluster that unites residential, recreational and tourist functions.
The idea of the project is the creation of a harmonious environment in which nature is combined with comfort. Priority is given to reliance on natural features: water resources, geothermal springs and the potential of ecotourism.
Development directions include reconstruction of the existing fabric, formation of a green framework, development of public spaces, a sanatorium-rehabilitation centre with springs, and transport infrastructure. The architectural solution is based on principles of environmental sustainability. The layout incorporates multifunctional development, integration of nature into the city, a linear park and cycle paths.
The sanatorium-rehabilitation complex includes natural springs, medical and recreational infrastructure, and hotels. The transport system comprises a main road network, pedestrian connections, cycle routes and a tunnel. The project creates a comfortable environment both for living and for recreation.
