Set between the Atlantic Forest and the sea in Praia do Forte, Bahia, Casa Pássaros (Birds Villa) was conceived as an invitation to contemplation and tropical living. Its sculptural architecture is defined by a large glass pergola roof, whose geometry evokes an aviary and organizes the social spaces.

The double-height living room connects seamlessly to the veranda, garden, and pool, promoting cross-ventilation and continuity between interior and landscape. All frames and custom woodwork were crafted from certified hardwood. Pendant lights, fixtures, and bed headboards are made from sustainable palm fibers by local artisans, celebrating regional materials and craftsmanship. The residence also features solar power generation, a central vacuum system, and an artesian well for irrigation, reducing resource consumption. Comfort, cultural identity, and sophistication are thus combined with a conscious and sustainable approach.
