About the project
This project is an attempt to achieve a suitable model for residential apartments in the current decade.
In this regard, at first, due to the removal of greenery from the patterns of modern apartment life, it was tried to provide a separate staff for the apartments on each floor. Then, to deal with the cumbersome rules of the municipality, openings were installed in the facade to provide the maximum use of green space adjacent to the project.

Applicant
Satrap Studio, based in Isfahan, aims to provide a contemporary alternative to traditional Iranian architecture, responding to the climate conditions, economic, socio political and cultural context of each project. The practice’s work ranges from single-family houses to residential, commercial and mixed-use large-scale complexes, to urban master plans.
