Best Implemented Interior Design Project for Public Space
About the project (provided by the applicant)
In Yucatán, the Blue and Red offices by Kauslab by Adrián Gómez Art merge history, culture, and contemporary design, inspired by the duality of the Popol Vuh. Each office has a distinct personality: Blue conveys serenity with silver tones and illustrations of the sea and cenotes, while Red radiates warmth with gold accents and symbols of the jungle and Maya history, including Felipe Carrillo Puerto. Both share a conceptual thread, expressed on the facade through monumental artworks where Hunahpú and Ixbalanqué intertwine with Yucatán’s vital elements—sea and jungle. These spaces combine functionality, timeless aesthetics, high-quality materials, and sustainable practices, creating an exceptional work environment that inspires creativity and reflects the region’s cultural spirit.
